Brain Fog and Memory

Do you often feel foggy or forget what you’re doing during the day? It’s natural to feel nervous when you forget something; but believe it or not, as many as 60 percent of US adults say they are very or somewhat worried about memory loss.

When you experience symptoms such as fogginess, a lack of focus, forgetfulness, or you just can’t think, your body is actually sending a message that there’s an imbalance somewhere.

The good news is that our brains are a dynamic organ that constantly adapt and change, for better or worse. For example, many daily activities such as lack of sleep, can seriously interfere with your memory the next day. I was very lethargic and would experience nausea during meals. I suffered from low moods, and my immune system was very weak. I was overwhelmed and easily stressed.
